Board & Train
​Another option alternative to Private Lessons is our Board & Train located at the Forever Home Dog Training facility. This is the best program for your dog if they need intensive and constant training to break bad habits and learn new skills in an ever-obedient environment free from letting the little things slip. It's your option to have your dog in a:

7 Day Board & Train: Best for understanding, addressing, and correcting bothersome nuisance behaviors (jumping, barking, nipping, counter surfing, etc.), with a secondary emphasis on starting basic obedience training.

10 Day Board & Train: For dogs who also need help with their manners outside of the home such as in public areas and on walks, this option includes everything in the 7 Day Board & Train plus additional, intermediate training (loose leash and off leashing walking, recall, etc.)

14 Day Board & Train: Including everything in the 10 Day Board & Train plus more advanced socialization training with both people and other animals in the home and in public, your dog will practice perfect manners and work on their focus from distractions.​

Your dog's exact needs will determine the best length of stay. Forever Home Dog Training will communicate with you continually throughout your dog's Board & Train to keep you updated on their progress and if a longer stay is recommended.

We provide blankets, bowls, treats, and toys for your dog’s stay. All you need to bring is your pup and their food! Please have all food in a clearly labeled container(s), with enough portions for their entire stay. Any medications we need to administer should be brought in their original containers or packaging; do not mix them into your pet’s food.

"Angie had our golden retriever puppy for the two week board and train program, absolutely amazed how well our little guy behaves and follows commands. Around the house we hardly use a lead and he listens perfectly, of course he’s still a puppy so he makes mistakes but is easily corrected. Angie even brought her two adorable dogs to act as distractions and Apollo did amazingly well, I was impressed that a puppy with other dogs in the same area listen so well.
